I hope you enjoy your stay in condo 8A as much as I have enjoyed preparing it to be your home away from home. Here are a few pictures and notes to prepare your stay and departure: Please do not forget, if you leave the building for any reason YOU MUST HAVE YOUR KEY TO RE-ENTER.

When you arrive:
Parking - please pull into the parking lot and park on the right side of the building.
Entrance - you will be required to use the key provided to enter the building
Water - you will need to turn on the water value and flip the breaker to the hot water heater on in the breaker box
Air -please feel free to set the temperature to your desired temperature. Please note it is strongly recommended to not set the thermostat below 69 degrees. 

Before your departure:
Water - please turn the water value off and flip the water heater breaker to the off position.
Air - please return the thermostat to 76 degrees
Key - unless requested, please take the key with you when you depart.
